Q. How much do the supplies and materials cost to build one of your playhouses?
A. A ballpark estimate for all the playhouses is between $400 and $700.
The amount varies due to various lumber cost across the country.
After you purchase the plans you can take the material list to the lumber store and get a more accurate estimate.
Q. Is there a material list?
A. Yes each plan comes with its own materials list.
Q. Do I have to be an experienced carpenter to build one of these houses?
A. No. However you do need to be able to use basic tools such as a:
hammer,
circular saw,
jig saw,
tape measure,
and a drill.
Q. How long will it take me to build one of your playhouses?
A. This is a tough question for me to answer.
I can tell you that it would take me a couple of weekends to complete.
Q. Are there stairs or a ladder to get to the second floor?
A. All two story houses have a ladder.
Q. What does the inside of the playhouse look like?
A. You can leave the inside unfinished (whith the studs exposed) or finish the inside anyway that you like.
Q. What other styles will you be designing?
A. I will be designing a New England Garden Shed as well and a Dutch Playhouse in the comming months.
Q. What program do I need to open this file?
A. You will need Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works, or any other word processor that will import .doc file type.
Q. What if my computer will not open the file?
A. If your computer will not open the file I can either send you a paper copy via USPS or give you a full refund.
